If you have checked your privacy settings and you allow cookies to be set, please check the following: 1) Are you using Internet Explorer 7.0? In some cases Intenet Explorer 7.0 does not work with our login module and may cause the "you are not authorized to view this page" message to be displayed. If you are using IE 7.0, consider upgrading to another version of IE. Internet Explorer is free of charge and can be downloaded at http://www.microsoft.com. 2) Are you using FireFox? All versions of FireFox have issues with the Dixie Dirt website. When using FireFox you may get the "not authorized" message, and you may also have issues playing the videos once you gain access to the website. We highly recommend that you use Internet Explorer or Netscape to access Dixie Dirt and not FireFox. 3) Are your cookies enabled? Check to be sure that you have your browser set to ALLOW cookies. Dixie Dirt TV sets a cookie on your computer that lasts for 18 days and will make the site load faster. If cookies are not enabled then you may not be granted access to the site. 4) How high are your privacy settings? If you are using Internet Explorer, check to be sure that your privacy settings are not set too high. You should set the privacy setting on medium or lower in order to ensure that the site will work properly. 5) If you are having difficulty logging in... click on the "Remember Me" check box (it is checked by default). 99.9% of all issues with logging in can be resolved by having the the "Remember Me" checkbox checked.
