The exciting full race coverage of the Cherokee Speedway Southern Allstars East Series race is now up on DDTV. The A-Main event was a duel of familiar faces, and drivers visiting familiar places. Chris Madden has a long history at the Cherokee Speedway winning some of the tracks most prestigious races, and becoming a hometown hero. The first week of June typically spices of Dirt Late Model races for the summer, and this event didn't let anyone down. Madden looked to be a promising Winner again after qualifying on the pole. However, another local Hero, Chris Ferguson, was bringing the heat as well. Ferguson qualified a close second to Madden and followed the seasoned veteran until about 10 laps to go, where Ferguson made his move to the point.
